gobhui Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "Player") and gobhui ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using the gobhui website at gobhui.app, or by creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the gobhui platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

Access to and use of gobhui is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. gobhui does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gobhui complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting as a principal on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of gobhui, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the gobhui platform or any related platform, whether by voluntary self-exclusion or by gobhui's own enforcement action.

To access the full range of gobhui services, including sports betting, live casino, and slots, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on gobhui. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds contained therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment method details required to process deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gobhui account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. gobhui will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify gobhui's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Verification

gobhui may, at its discretion or as required by internal compliance procedures, request that you submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gobhui currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time; please refer to the payments section of your account for the current list.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed clearly at the time of the transaction. gobhui reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally credited to your gobhui account within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but gobhui endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take between one and three business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on gobhui are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). gobhui does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or mobile financial service provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Fund Ownership

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of betting on gobhui, is strictly prohibited. gobhui reserves the right to return any deposit and close an account where fund ownership cannot be confirmed.

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on gobhui are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. gobhui will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where gobhui itself has made a manifest error.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on gobhui are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed and confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. gobhui reserves the right to suspend or withdraw any market at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; a manifest pricing error has occurred; the bet was placed on a suspended market; or any other circumstance that gobhui, in its reasonable discretion, deems to warrant voiding. Void bets will have their stakes returned to your gobhui account.

5.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including cricket BPL fixtures, T20 World Cup matches, IPL games, and Bangladesh Tigers international series. In-play markets carry a higher degree of time-sensitivity and gobhui reserves the right to suspend live markets at any point during an event. Any bets placed after the relevant outcome has already been determined will be voided.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and will be displayed at the time of bet placement. gobhui reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any Member at its discretion, including for risk management purposes.

gobhui offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may only be used on the gobhui platform.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• gobhui reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or to another person.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software, or employing arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• gobhui reserves the right to amend bonus terms or reclaim bonus funds where it reasonably suspects promotional abuse.

gobhui is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal hardship. The following tools and policies form a core part of our responsible gaming commitment:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings section. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session time alerts to remind them of how long they have been active on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gobhui platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human tools to interact with the gobhui platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that exploits non-public information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino games.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your gobhui account through your bank or payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gobhui staff or other Members in any communication channel.

All content on the gobhui platform — including but not limited to the gobhui brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gobhui or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gobhui platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any gobhui content; create derivative works based on gobhui content; frame or mirror the gobhui website on any other domain; or use any gobhui trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of gobhui's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability and will result in the immediate termination of your access to the platform.

gobhui is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Members. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering an account and using the gobhui platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data to verify your identity, process transactions, administer your account, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and promotional offers.

All data transmitted between your device and the gobhui platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. gobhui does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gobhui, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the gobhui platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part of it.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or opportunity, howsoever caused.
• Any error in odds, pricing, or game results that has been corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal through a third-party payment provider.
• Any act or omission by a third-party game content provider whose games are made available on the gobhui platform.

gobhui's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by You

You may close your gobhui account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by gobhui

gobhui reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• gobhui has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.
• You have provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• You have opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule.
• A competent authority or court has issued an order requiring gobhui to restrict your account.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to gobhui.

Where gobhui closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that cannot be linked to prohibited activity will be returned.

gobhui reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gobhui will provide reasonable notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the gobhui platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. gobhui recommends that you visit this page at regular intervals to ensure you are aware of the current version.
